Data controller

Data collected
Account: your email address and password (managed through Supabase Auth).
Measurement (only if you accept it): a visit identifier (visitor_id), campaign parameters (UTM), and the steps of your journey. No data is sold.
Purposes and legal basis
Creating your account and generating your deliverables (performance of the contract).
Measuring and improving our ads (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Processors
Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (hosting), DeepSeek (content generation, anonymised data), Whop (payment), Meta (ad measurement, with your consent).
Retention period
Account and deliverables (ideas, prompts, plan, conversations with the coach): as long as your account exists. When you ask for deletion, everything is erased within 30 days.
Payment: handled by Whop. We only keep a record of your subscription, and accounting records for 10 years as required by law.
Measurement (if you accept it): 13 months at most.
Your cookie choice: kept in your browser until you change it or clear the site's data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them: support@earnsaas.io. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
