Terms of sale

Purpose
These terms of sale govern the subscription to the EarnSaas service (access to SaaS ideas, prompts, a plan and a coach).
Prices and renewal
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the displayed price, until it is cancelled.
Right of withdrawal and waiver
The service gives immediate access to digital content. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate access and expressly waiving your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that you lose this right once access is opened. This waiver is optional; it is collected through an explicit checkbox and confirmed after purchase. Without it, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time: in your dashboard, the link "Cancel my plan on Whop" takes you to Whop, our payment provider, where you cancel your subscription in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep your access until then.
Governing law and mediation
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, you can also bring the matter before the court of your place of residence.
